1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nextorix application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Nextorix provides subscribers with access to a digital library of audiobooks, e-books, and magazines via streaming and download. The catalogue, features, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access the full Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account independently. Users under 16 require parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Nextorix subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

• All prices are stated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise indicated.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in Section 6.

5. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period (currently 14 days). After the trial, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be charged at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Each user and household is entitled to one free trial. Abuse of the trial offer — including creating multiple accounts — will result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion or as required by Hong Kong consumer protection law.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including audiobooks, e-books, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by Nextorix Ltd or its licensors.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the content for private, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service.
• Remove or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) protection.
• Record, transmit, or broadcast content from the Service.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Transmit any unsolicited advertising or spam.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content in the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nextorix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
